Calli + Andrew shared the most beautiful wedding at Lodge and Gardens in Salt Springs, FL! When I first arrived, I walked into a court yard of greenery and winding paths of old weathered brick. I truly felt like I was in a scene from Frances Burnett’s novel. I followed one of the paths to a quaint little stone cottage where I found Calli getting ready. What I remember the most, is the way Calli’s blonde hair and bright blue eyes shone in the darned room. She looked almost glowing, there in front of the window.
After hair and makeup was finished we left for the first look at an adorable hold historic building a short drive from the lodge. Andrew’s reaction was so sweet, you can tell he was really taken by how beautiful his bride to be was. They laughed and talked a little, did some twirling under the oak trees… and then headed back for some fun bridal party photos and before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony. Most brides worry that a first look might take away from the emotion or the the anticipation their groom will feel as she makes her way down the aisle. But I think the twinkle in Andrew’s eye speaks for itself… he couldn’t take his eyes off of her! It was so stinkin’ sweet 😭
The rest of the evening was filled with dreamy sunset photos by the lake, heart filled toasts, lots of dancing, and even a game of flip cup- which I will have you know, was won by the BRIDE! 😉💕Calli + Andrew, thanks so much for letting me capture all of the raw, fun, incredibly special moments of your day! It was a truly beautiful wedding and I hope you will cherish your photos forever ❤️❤️❤️
