Historic Crystal River | Anniversary Session

FILED IN: Engagement

I am so in love with this anniversary session we did in downtown historic Crystal River. Nick + Amanda just celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary- so special!!! Amanda says she credits God himself for the kismet way that they met, and after just a couple of months of dating… Β that Christmas Eve Nick got down on one knee and proposed they spend the rest of their lives together. Fast forward one decade later, they now have three beautiful children together and as a family enjoy church, traveling and spending lazy days watching their favorite shows together on tv!

I am so glad Nick + Amanda trusted me and let me take their photos somewhere new. I just love everything that downtown Crystal River has to offer! Nestled under a canopy of oak and magnolia trees you will find a narrow street lined with old cracker style homes that have been transformed into the cutest variety of local little shops and food places. Perhaps the most well known of all the buildings there is the Heritage Village House which dates back all the way to the 1800’s. The all white, two-story wrap around porch with red brick chimney is pretty much the definition of southern romance and served as the perfect backdrop for alot of Nick + Amanda’s photos. But I had so much getting to know this sweet family, walking downtown and stopping at all the pretty colored shops along the way. Also, can we just

talk about how perfect the sun set behind the duck egg blue walls of the Tea House cafe !?!?! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸŒžπŸ’• Counting down the days until my next session here!!!
